Anyone in Michigan can access treatment services, regardless of insurance coverage. Financial assistance is available.

Hope Not Handcuffs

An initiative started by Families Against Narcotics (FAN) to help community members struggling with substance dependency. A person struggling with any kind of substance use concern can go to a participating police agency (includes many in Wayne/Oakland/Macomb counties) to seek support in accessing treatment services.
